120 Day Grain-fed Australian Beef

Specially selected Angus and Hereford crossbreeds are grain fed for a minimum of 120 days before slaughter. Following halal slaughter and deboning, the cuts are vacuum packed and aged for 21 days at 0º C prior to freezing. The final product is beautifully marbled and consistently tender beef with a great flavor. Here are some of our popular cuts. Other cuts can be supplied by special order.
